1. فترة الاسترجاع (Return Period):

• يحق للعملاء طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the order.

   

  2. شروط الاسترجاع (Return Conditions):

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبكامل تغليفه وملصقاته الأصلية.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة العامة والنظافة، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال الملابس والبيجامات بمجرد فتح التغليف الأصلي، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, clothing and loungewear cannot be returned once the original seal is broken, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. الطلبات الدولية – خارج سلطنة عمان (International Orders):

• في حال وجود عيب مصنعي للطلبات الدولية، يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في معالجة الطلب عبر “الاسترداد المالي الجزئي أو الكلي” مع احتفاظ العميلة بالمنتج، وذلك لتبسيط الإجراءات وضمان رضاكم السريع.

• في حال رغبة العميلة في الاسترجاع لأسباب شخصية، يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن الدولي والرسوم الجمركية المترتبة على إرجاع المنتج.

• For international returns due to manufacturing defects, Sindycare reserves the right to process a full or partial refund without requiring the return of the item to simplify the process for our customers.

• If a return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all international shipping costs and customs duties.

   

  4. تنفيذ الاسترداد (Refund Processing):

  • بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، سيتم تنفيذ العملية خلال 3 أيام عمل. يرجى ملاحظة أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد في حالات الاسترجاع التي لا تتعلق بعيوب المنتج.

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns
